Who is eligible to register on Masomo?
Masomo is open to all CA Kenya-licensed operators and their staff across all licence categories — telecommunications, postal, courier, broadcasting, and ICT services. Access is free for all licensed operators. You will need your CA Kenya licence details during registration.
How do I know which modules are relevant to my licence class?
During registration, your profile is cross-referenced against CA Kenya's licensed operator database. The platform will automatically recommend modules relevant to your specific licence class and sector. You can also browse all modules and filter by category from the Course Catalogue.
Are the certificates issued by CA Kenya officially recognised?
Yes. Completion certificates are issued under the Communications Authority of Kenya's authority and carry regulatory weight. They can be cited in annual compliance returns, regulatory audit submissions, and any formal authority engagement as verifiable evidence of training completion.
What happens if I fail a module assessment?
You may retake any module assessment as many times as needed. We recommend reviewing the module content and supplementary resources before reattempting. There is no penalty for retakes, and your highest score will be recorded for certification purposes.
Can multiple staff members from the same organisation register?
Yes. Any number of staff members from a single licensed operator may create individual accounts using the same licence details. Each staff member will have their own learning progress, assessments, and certificates tracked independently.
